Investigating how body composition, physical fitness and nutrition knowledge relate to each other in young children, and whether these relationships differ between boys and girls.

The researcher wanted to understand how body composition, physical fitness and nutrition knowledge relate to each other in young children. The researcher also wanted to determine whether these relationships differed between boys and girls and what the findings could mean for child health programmes and interventions.
Intelligent Data supported the researcher from the data preparation stage through to the interpretation of the findings. We first reviewed the study objectives and identified the key variables needed to answer the research questions.
We then prepared and structured the dataset to ensure that it was suitable for analysis. Once the data was ready, we carried out descriptive analyses to understand the characteristics of the data and compare the different groups in the study.
To answer the main research questions, we performed correlation analyses to determine whether relationships existed between the variables. We then conducted partial correlations and multivariable regression analyses to better understand these relationships while accounting for the influence of other variables.
Finally, we helped interpret the findings and explain what they meant in relation to the study objectives. The results were then translated into practical insights and recommendations that informed the discussion and conclusions of the study.
The analyses showed meaningful relationships between body composition, physical fitness and nutrition knowledge. The findings also highlighted differences in these relationships between boys and girls.
The findings gave the researcher a better understanding of the factors linked to children's health and physical development. The results provided evidence that can support future health programmes, nutrition education initiatives and interventions aimed at improving child health outcomes.
